This ITIL® Foundation course outlines the ITIL best-practice framework and prepares participants for the ITIL Foundation certification exam. The three-day course provides attendees with an understanding of the service lifecycle and processes, as well as the best and common practices for IT Service Management.

ITIL Foundation certification examination
To be awarded the ITIL Foundation certification, students will need to achieve a mark of 65% or greater in the exam.
Students will undertake the ITIL Foundation certification exam on the afternoon of the final day of training.
The ITIL Foundation exam is a one hour and is comprised of 40 question multiple choice questions.
