This ITIL® Foundation course outlines the ITIL best-practice framework and prepares participants for the ITIL Foundation certification exam. ITIL Foundation certification examination

To be awarded the ITIL Foundation certification, students will need to achieve a mark of 65% or greater in the exam.

Students will undertake the ITIL Foundation certification exam on the afternoon of the final day of training.

The ITIL Foundation exam is a one hour and is comprised of 40 question multiple choice questions.
