Course Overview

This two-day, instructor-led Systems Centre course provides students with the knowledge and skills to create Service Level Dashboards to monitor the Service Level Objectives defined in System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2.

Course Objectives

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Configure objects within System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 to support Service Level Objectives.
  • Create Service Level Objectives within System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2.
  • Install and configure Service Level Desktop 2.0.
  • Configure settings and permissions on the Service Level Desktop.
  • Create new Service Level Desktop sites and site collections.

Module 1: What is the Service Level Dashboard

This module explains what the Service Level Dashboard is and how it functions within the System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 Management Group.
