Course Overview

Our PRINCE2® Executive Overview Workshop provides a 1 day summary of the PRINCE2® (Projects in a Controlled Environment) Methodology. This workshop is specifically designed for executives, managers and people who contribute to projects wanting to gain a high level understanding of PRINCE2®. Participants will develop a high level understanding of PRINCE2®, the main processes and terminology used.

PRINCE2® Background

PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a globally recognised project management methodology. Originating from the UK, it is based on the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® (by the OGC).

PRINCE2® is used extensively in more than 150 countries across the world. It is widely considered as the leading method in project management, with in excess of 20,000 organisations benefiting from its trusted approach.
