Problem Solving and Decision Making
We continually make decisions and solve problems. We start making decisions before we even get out of bed beginning with for example, shall I get up now or not? Sometimes, we will have made as many as 50 decisions by the time we leave for work. Despite all the natural decision making that goes on and the problem solving we do, some people are very uncomfortable with having to make decisions. In fact you may even know someone who has a hard time making decisions around even their routine activities for example, even something as simple as what to eat, only exasperated by the anxiety experienced when making major decisions at work.
Likewise, we have probably all looked at a solution to something and said, "I could have thought of that and yet you did not." The key to finding creative solutions is when you are able to harness your creativity, identify options, and assess the viability of these options and then your ability to construct a way forward that works.
This one day program focuses on having a process to work through to take the anxiety out of problem solving thus making decision making much easier.
As with all our training events, your attitude of full participation with a sense of fun will really make a difference for you and for all the trainees. Attending any workshop is a relationship between yourself & the learning's available. To get the most out of any workshop or training you need to commit to the journey for reasons that are compelling for you.
